Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you, but if you need to cancel, we kindly ask for 24-hours notice so that we may accommodate guests on our waiting list. You can cancel or adjust your appointment via phone or text. Cancellations less than 24 hours and no-show appointments may result in the loss of your booking privileges, forfeiture of your reservation fee, or require a deposit for future appointments.
We understand that certain circumstances may make it difficult for you to arrive on time to your service, and we always do our best to accommodate or move around appointment times when needed. In extreme circumstances, late appointments will receive the time remaining on their scheduled service or, due to the nature of the service, may need to be rescheduled.
In order to create a relaxing experience for all of our guests, children are not permitted on the styling floor and we unfortunately cannot accommodate them during your service. However, we are happy to book appointments for children over the age of 10.
In order to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for our guests, we kindly ask that you silence your cell phone. We have complimentary Internet for you to use during your service.
We want to help you get the hair of your dreams—and a consultation with your stylist helps us achieve that. During your consultation, we will discuss your desired results, options and maintenance. We will use social media to find the perfect inspirational photos, but please feel free to bring us any photos of the style and color you love.
Our goal is to provide you with the very best experience possible, and our talented artists work as a team to make that. If you’d like to try another stylist, please let us know—we are happy to make recommendations as to who might be a good fit based on your hair type, experience level, personality and budget.
