DEPOSIT POLICY

WHOLE Aveda knows our Guests share our love for all our Hairdressers and Spa Therapists. When a Guest does not show or cancels with less than a 24-hour notice, that reserved time slot cannot typically be filled and results in a significant loss of income for the Team Member. Going forward, a 50% deposit of the scheduled service must be paid to reserve an appointment for color, extensions, or keratin services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If a Guest does not show up for any appointment or cancels with less than a 24-hour notice, the credit card on file will be charged a 50%, non-refundable cancellation fee.

Appointments canceled online do not process a refund automatically, please contact the front desk at 813.854.4455 for assistance.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals.

CHILDREN

Due to safety considerations, limited space and preservation of our spa environment, children are not permitted in the salon unless having a service.

GUEST POLICY

Guests of those having services are asked to wait in the waiting area due to limited space.
