CANCELLATION POLICY

In an effort to respect the time of our valued guests and artists, we request a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled without 24-hour notice may be charged in full for their appointments.

We understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in the case of an emergency.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals.

CHILDREN

Due to safety considerations, limited space and preservation of our spa environment, children are not permitted in the salon unless having a service.

GUEST POLICY

Guests of those having services are asked to wait in the waiting area due to limited space.
